The deadline of 7 August 2020 for the newly introduced Private and Limited Investor Funds to register with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA”) is fast approaching. These funds should be working closely with their legal counsel to analyse the new Cayman requirements and attend to any required filings in a timely manner.
